The range is largely individually, hand-made pieces. As the majority of our products are made from natural materials, elements such as texture, colour and pattern may vary piece to piece.
Reclaimed timbers, naturally weathered materials and off-cuts otherwise discarded are frequently part of Uniqwa design features. Over time, natural splitting, cracking and loss of natural oils may occur and form part of the characteristics and beauty of Uniqwa products. These are not viewed as imperfections or faults, rather part of the natural life and beauty of timber.
We believe the use of natural materials and hand-crafted elements result in a testament to the unique qualities found in materials originating from nature.

Lead times can vary from 2-16 weeks.
A 50% deposit is required to secure pieces. Once your order is in stock Uniqwa prepare it for dispatch which can take 7-10 working days.
Uniqwa pieces ship directly from their warehouse in Gold Coast, QLD.
We will communicate with you directly on estimated time of arrival and cost. Orders from remote regional locations may require additional logistics and experience some minor delivery delays.
To protect your furniture or bulky items, we use experienced transport companies to ensure your bulky item is delivered with care. To ensure freight costs are minimised the driver may require assistance. Please advise if this is not possible.
Uniqwa Collections manufactures its products from natural materials, recycled timbers and uses handmade processes in many of its products. Irregularities in shapes, colours, surfaces and finishes may be present and these imperfections are celebrated as part of the unique and natural characteristics of our product.
With pieces made from banana leaf fibre, colour tone variances of black, green and brown patches may be present within the fibre. Splitting, cracking, natural effects and leeching of natural oils are present in natural timbers and are not considered faults. Oils may leach and cause staining on items in contact with timber.
Jarvis + Jarvis Home and Uniqwa Collections cannot be held responsible for damages incurred from the leaching of timber oils.
Due to the handmade nature of some products, specifications in size, shape and finish may differ slightly from those stated or shown on our website.
